Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant, peeled, cut up, cooked well and drained
    2 c. soda crackers
    1 small chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix eggplant and eggs; beat well.
    Combine other ingredients. Mix well.
    Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 until done.
