Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. shortening or oil
    4 c. potatoes (1/2-inch cubes)
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. minced onion
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 c. chicken stock or 1 (46 oz.) can Cottage Inn chicken broth (fat skimmed off)
    2 c. skim milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. low-fat sour cream
Preparation
    Melt shortening.
    Saute potatoes with parsley, onion, bay leaf, salt and pepper over medium heat, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
