7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. cauliflower
    1 c. broccoli
    1 c. onions
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas
    6 slices crisp bacon or bacon bits
    Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. skim Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 eggs
    2 tomatoes
Preparation
    Wash all vegetables.
    Cut lettuce to bite size pieces.
    Chop next 4 ingredients to bite size and layer them one by one.
    Spread frozen peas over salad.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
    Spread Mozzarella cheese over salad.
    Stir sugar and mayonnaise together until completely mixed.
    Spread over entire salad.
    Boil eggs until hard-boiled and place in refrigerate until next day.
