Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut in pieces
    2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 c. rice
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Season and brown chicken in a little shortening.
    Place in a casserole.
    Cook onion and celery in skillet until tender.
    Add rice, soup and water; heat.
    Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 about 55 minutes.
    Add more water, if necessary.
