Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers, boiled until tender and stem and seeds removed
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix beef, rice, salt and pepper with 1/2 can of soup.
    Stuff peppers with meat mixture.
    Stand upright in baking dish.
    Pour over remaining soup, diluted with 1/2 soup can water.
    Bake, covered, 45 minutes and uncovered 15 minutes longer at 350\u00b0.
