Apple Dumplins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 apples
    pie pastry or you can use Pillsbury ready made pie pastry
    butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    cinnamon
    allspice
Preparation
    Peel and core apples.
    Place apple on square of pastry large enough to wrap up and around apple.
    Combine brown sugar and raisins.
    Spoon brown sugar and add raisin mixture into core of apple.
    Add a pat of butter on top.
    Finish layer with brown sugar mixture.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and allspice over apple.
    Wrap pastry up and around apple, pinching together and place in baking dish.
