Strawberry Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites (at room temperature)
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar or substitute
    2 c. strawberries, sliced
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar on high speed until stiff. Add vanilla, lemon juice and sugar or substitute.
    Continue beating until very stiff.
    Beat in strawberries on low speed, scraping to distribute evenly.
    (Should be large chunks of fruit; beat just until blended.)
    Chill.
    Serves 4 generously.
