Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken breasts
    1 box wild rice
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 sticks margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken and shred meat; set aside.
    Cook rice as directed; set aside.
    Cook onions in margarine.
    Blend in flour, soup, mushrooms and milk.
    This is your sauce so add salt and pepper.
    In a large casserole, add sauce, then rice, then chicken. Top with cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until bubbly or cheese melts.
