Microwave Country Style Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. country-style pork ribs
1/2 c. spicy barbecue sauce
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Place ribs in 3-quart (13 x 9 x 2-inch) glass baking dish; cover with wax paper.
Cook on 70% or Medium-high (roast microwave) for 25 minutes.
After 15 minutes, rearrange by placing outside ribs in center.
Drain off fat.
Mix remaining ingredients well and brush over both sides of ribs.
Cook, covered, on 70% (roast) for 30 to 35 minutes or until meat is fork-tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
