Easter Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. blueberries
1/3 c. shortening, melted
1 well beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together into mixing bowl.
Make well in center.
Add blueberries.
Cool shortening; combine egg and milk.
Add to shortening.
Add shortening mixture to dry ingredients all at once, mixing well.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full with blueberry batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yields 12 muffins.
