Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. wing pieces
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. dry sherry
2 cloves garlic
1 slice fresh ginger, crushed
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. hot pepper (paste or sauce can be used)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Marinate overnight.
Bake at 425\u00b0 on cookie sheet.
Baste and turn until done.
Can be served hot or cold.
