Chicken And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked, diced chicken
    8 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Put everything together except the mayonnaise and soup.
    Put this mixture in a baking dish.
    Mix the mayonnaise and soup and pour over the mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with green beans and peach halves with cottage cheese.
