Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    Cheese (grated)
    2-3 slices bread (cubed)
Preparation
    Brown sausage, drain.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Place bread in bottom of well buttered 9 x 13 casserole.
    Crumble sausage over bread; top with cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Serves 6.
