Lithuanian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. finely crushed crackers (unsalted)
3/4 to 1 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Place crackers in warmed milk.
Add to beef with salt, eggs and garlic.
Add milk to make 1/2 tablespoon rolled meatballs. Fry in medium hot Crisco until done to satisfied specifications. Do not fry in fat that is too hot.
