Italian Chicken With Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, pared and cut
    1 (2 lb.) chicken, cut up
    salt, pepper and parsley
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 to 2 garlic cloves, chopped
    Romano cheese
Preparation
    Alternately layer chicken pieces, potatoes and garlic. Sprinkle on grated Romano cheese, salt, pepper and parsley to taste. Cover with tomatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
