Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    5 c. blueberries
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Bring 1 cup berries, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup water and lemon rind to a boil.
    Combine remaining sugar, water and cornstarch and stir into the boiling berries.
    Cook for 1 minute or until clear and thickened.
    Place remaining berries in shell.
    Cover with the cooked glaze and chill until completely set.
