One Dish Microwave Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato (medium size)
    1/2 can vegetables
    parsley
    chives
    2 slices chopped onion
    bacon bits or chopped bacon
    pepper
Preparation
    Bake potato in microwave.
    Mash into a microwave dish (with or without skin).
    Add vegetables (I use corn, peas, carrots, green beans or mixed vegetables).
    Sprinkle on pepper, parsley and chives.
    Mix in bacon bits.
    Cook 2 minutes on Medium.
