Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 large can cream-style corn
    2 peppers, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine and mix corn meal, eggs, sweet milk, salt and corn together to make batter.
    Saute ground meat; drain.
    Add onions and peppers.
    Prepare skillet for cornbread by greasing and sprinkling with meal and let brown.
    Pour half of batter into skillet.
    Add beef mixture, onion and peppers.
    Top with cheese.
    Add remainder of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
