Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 good size potatoes, peeled
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped carrots
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes, onion, celery and carrots until soft.
    Mash vegetables right in the water.
    Add milk and bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper and cubed cream cheese.
    Simmer until cheese is melted.
    Do not boil with cheese in it.
