Beef Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. long grain rice (do not use precooked rice)
    2 c. consomme
    1 large onion
    1 can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion and rice in butter until well mixed. Transfer to casserole and add the consomme.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
