Stove Top Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 baked 9-inch pie shell or graham cracker crust
hot fudge topping
Preparation

In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt.
Add milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Cook 2 minutes longer.
Remove from heat and stir a small amount of the hot mixture into egg yolks.
Return to hot mixture. Cook 1 minute longer, stirring constantly. Add peanut butter and butter. Stir until blended. Pour into cooled pastry shell. Allow filling to cool. Top at serving time with hot fudge topping.
Garnish with Cool Whip and Reese's pieces.
