Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mash with clean hands all together to form a ball in a bowl, then put on waxed paper; form roll and chill in refrigerator. Slice and top with pecans, if desired.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
