Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese (low-fat)
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    chives (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix egg, cottage cheese, salt and pepper, then add to spinach.
    Spoon mixture into an 8-inch pie pan. May add chives.
    Sprinkle cheese on top, then bake 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings, 165 calories each.
