Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
4 eggs (keep 2 egg whites out)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt

Preparation

Cook potatoes and then add all other ingredients.
Beat the 2 egg whites and add to mixture.
Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 until well done.
Makes 2 pies.
