No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    6 potatoes, cut up
    6 carrots, cut up
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    3 oz. water
    4 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Do not stir or peek.
