Vegetable Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/8 lb. mixed cabbage: Savoy cabbage and kohlrabi
    1 onion
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 to 2 eggs
    2 oz. bread crumbs
    salt to taste
    herbs to taste
    1 1/2 oz. bread crumbs
    2 oz. fat for frying
Preparation
    Prepare the vegetables, steam and chop finely or mince.
    Saute the finely chopped onion in butter and add with the eggs and the bread crumbs to the vegetable mixture.
    Season with salt and herbs and form into rissoles.
    Coat in the bread crumbs and fry in the hot fat until golden brown.
