Peanut Butter Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small potatoes
    1 to 2 lb. powdered sugar
    1 to 2 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes. When done, peel off skin. Mash with fork.
    Add powdered sugar until the potatoes and sugar are real stiff (use fork or spoon).
    Knead in powdered sugar.
    Roll out (not thick or thin).
    Spread peanut butter all over them. Roll up in a big tube, then cut into small pieces.
