Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
pinch of sugar
1 stick margarine
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Combine flour and sugar.
Cut margarine into flour mixture until mixture is crumbly.
Add milk gradually and mix well.
Turn dough onto board and with well oiled hands, knead dough about 10 times.
Roll out to about 3/4-inch thick. Cut out biscuits and bake in ungreased pan for 10 minutes.
