Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh pumpkin, cooked
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except crust, in a blender.
    Mix 1 to 2 minutes until all ingredients are blended.
    Pour into 9-inch pie crust and sprinkle top with cinnamon.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes longer until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool.
