Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oranges, 1 1/2 peeled (the other half unpeeled)
2 apples (unpeeled)
1 lb. whole cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained partially
1 large pkg. cherry jello
2 c. boiling water (use drained pineapple juice and add water to make 2 c.)
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Grind or chop finely the oranges, apples and cranberries. Add sugar and crushed pineapple. In another bowl, dissolve the jello in the water/juice mixture. Add the fruit mixture and pecans. Refrigerate. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Also, can be frozen.
