Shrimp Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans tiny cocktail shrimp
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until shrimp is broken up and well blended. Form into balls. Best if chilled overnight.
