Sweet Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. vinegar
    1 qt. water
    6 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    4 1/2 tsp. turmeric
    3/4 tsp. mustard seed
    dill seed
Preparation
    Measure 1/2 teaspoon dill to each quart jar.
    Slice pickles and pack in jars.
    Bring syrup to boil; pour over pickles.
    Seal, then process 5 minutes after boiling point is reached.
