Sassy Potato Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
    3 c. cubed peeled potatoes
    1 can chicken broth or 1 1/2 c. boiling water, mixed with 2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip light dressing
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain. Cook potatoes, broth, corn, onion and celery in a large pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Mix flour and dressing; stir in milk. Add to potato mixture. Continue cooking 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with bacon and parsley, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
