Garden Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. ripe tomatoes, skins removed (16 to 20; 1 pkg.)
    1 qt. celery
    1 qt. onions
    2 c. water
    6 sweet peppers
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dice peppers, onions and celery; add enough water to cover. Cook over medium heat, 20 minutes.
    Add cut up tomatoes, sugar and salt.
    Bring to boil.
    Pack in hot, sterilized jars.
    Cook 25 minutes in hot water bath for pints, 30 minutes for quart jars.
