Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 stick margarine
    4 zucchini or yellow squash
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add to stuffing. Set aside.
    Cube squash. Boil until tender.
    Drain and mash gently.
    Mix squash with carrot, onion, soup and sour cream.
