Oatmeal-Pecan-Raisin-Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set
    aside.
    In large bowl at medium speed, beat margarine,
    brown sugar, sugar and vanilla until light.
    Add eggs; blend
    well. Reduce
    speed to low.
    Add oats and dry ingredients;
    beat\tjust until blended.
    Stir in pecans, raisins and chips.\tShape
    dough into
    1
    1/2-inch
    balls.
    Place
    on wax paper-covered
    baking sheet.
    Using a teaspoon, flatten balls to\t3/4-inch thick. Freeze for 15 minutes, or refrigerate for 6
    hours or overnight. Remove from wax paper.
    Place 3 inches apart
    on
    greased
    baking sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 14 to 16 minutes until golden.
    Cool 2 minutes.
    Remove to rack.
