Egg Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    3/4 c. half and half
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1/2 c. grated Swiss
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay cubed bread.
    Sprinkle sausage over bread, then mushrooms and both cheeses on top.
    Add cream and milk to eggs.
    Add seasonings.
    Pour over mixture in pan. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until custard sets. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
