Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squash, cooked until tender
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Make cornbread as instructions.
    Crumble and add 2 cups milk. Let soak. Saute onion, pepper and celery together.
    Add to bread mixture. Add 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Add 1/2 cup cheese. Return to oven for a few minutes until melted.
    Makes 1 large casserole.
