Oriental Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ginger powder
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
12 pieces chicken (about 3 1/2 to 4 lb.), skinned and all visible fat removed
Preparation

Mix marinade ingredients well.
Coat chicken; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
