Pecan Delight Muffins * - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

With fork, beat eggs and add sugar and butter.
Stir in flour, vanilla and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
