Crabmeat Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
8 oz. Wispride cheese
1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
7 oz. crabmeat (canned or fresh)
1 pkg. English muffins

Preparation

Blend all ingredients and spread on muffins.
Broil until lightly brown.
Cut each muffin into 4 pieces.
Serve hot or room temperature.
