Creamy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    8 to 9 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Melt 6 tablespoons butter in large saucepan.
    Stir in flour and seasonings.
    Stir and cook until bubbly.
    Remove from heat and stir in milk.
    Continue cooking, stirring often.
    Stir and boil for 1 minute.
