Tomato Pepper Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound lean beef sliced thin
    1 green pepper in large pieces
    3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
    4 green onions (cup tops too)
    garlic salt
    2 tablespoons flour
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
    Place beef in bowl, add garlic salt, flour, oil, and soy sauce.
    Mix well.
    Heat vegetable oil in skillet.
    Add meat mixture.
    Cook 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add green pepper.
    Cook several minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup water to each 2 tablespoons flour.
    Add tomatoes and onions.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
