Potato Salad For 50 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. medium potatoes, boiled
    10 to 12 boiled eggs
    2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion
    1 1/2 c. salad pickles
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos
    2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cook and cool potatoes.
    Mix eggs, pickles, mayonnaise, onion, pimentos and mustard well in a large bowl.
    Add to potatoes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Refrigerate a few hours, covered, to blend flavors.
