Golden Glow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small pkg. lemon gelatin
    2 tsp. salt
    6 c. hot water
    2 2/3 c. drained, canned pineapple
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 c. coarsely grated carrots
    1 1/3 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/3 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water.
    Add pineapple and juice and lemon juice.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Pour into a 4-quart mold or pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Makes 24 servings.
