Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 1/2 c. persimmons, chopped
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream together shortening, sugar and brown sugar.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add the remainder of ingredients, mixing as you add each ingredient.
    Pour into an angel food cake pan or Bundt cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Serve plain or with whipped cream.
