Pina Colada Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. pineapple juice
    1 (15 oz.) can real cream of coconut
    1 liter lemon-lime soda
    2 limes
    1 1/2 c. light rum (optional)
    ice cubes
    mint sprigs
Preparation
    Chill all ingredients.
    Whir 2 cups pineapple juice with cream of coconut in blender.
    Combine pureed mixture with remaining pineapple juice, soda, juice of 1 lime, rum (if desired) and ice. Garnish with 1 sliced lime and mint.
    Makes 15 servings.
