Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 stick butter
1 c. hot milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 1/2 to 5 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
Scald milk.
Add sugar, butter and salt to milk and cool to lukewarm.
Add yeast, vanilla, almond extract and 3 cups flour.
Beat until a smooth soft dough forms.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
Remove to a floured countertop and knead until dough is smooth and elastic.
Place in a greased bowl and lightly grease top of dough.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in bulk.
