Ingredients

10 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
2 tubes crescent rolls
1 lb. ground sausage
2 to 3 c. hash brown potatoes
2 to 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In sheet cake pan (11 1/2 x 17 1/2-inch), fit crescent rolls on bottom and sides of pan.
Cook sausage and drain.
Layer cooked sausage and hash brown potatoes over sausage.
Put cheese over potatoes.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
