Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes.
    Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour. Cook just until bubbly.
    Stir in milk, salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking.
    Add cheese.
    Cook and stir until cheese melts. Layer potatoes and cheese sauce, ending with cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender.
